Being a City Director is an important role that fuels the Story Capsules mission. City Directors are experienced with the operation of Story Capsules, repeatedly complete interviews, and have strong communication skills. City Directors are capable of scheduling, conducting, and sharing interviews on their own. City Directors are free to recruit friends and peers to conduct interviews under their wing; in fact, bringing on new members is highly encouraged.

By being the first member of Story Capsules in your city, you are eligible to become a City Director. City Directors are expected to repeatedly conduct interviews, if that standard doesn't seem to be met, the position may be revoked.
